Qualification thresholds may change with regulation; current criteria are confirmed at the time of subscription by a dedicated representative.
The process follows this sequence: ① Initial inquiry — website contact form or representative → ② Investor verification — qualified investor status and Consumer Protectionsuitability/appropriateness under the Act → ③ Product proposal — products matched to risk profile, Key Product Information Document delivered → ④ Contracting — subscription form & prospectus review and signature → ⑤ and commencement of management. Timeline varies by product type and verification.
B. Products & Risk

Disclosed investment areas include domestic and overseas Equities, mezzanine (CB / BW), distressedFixed Income(NPL), , and real estate. The specific lineup is provided through dedicated guidance.
Principal is not guaranteed. All products managed by the Company may incur loss of principal due to market fluctuation; gains and losses belong to the investor. Under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act」, asset managers may not guarantee principal or returns.
Risks vary by product structure and underlying assets, but typically include: ① Market risk — value changes from equity/rate/FX movements, ② Credit risk — issuer/borrower default risk, ③ Liquidity risk — redemption restrictions, illiquid disposition, ④ Management risk — manager judgment and market environment, ⑤ and risk of legal/tax changes. C. Tax & Reporting
Income from collective investment vehicles received by Korean residents is taxed as 「Income Tax Act」dividend income, generally withheld at 15.4%%(income tax 14%% + local income tax 1.4%%). Combined with other financial income exceeding KRW 20M annually triggers comprehensive taxation. Tax treatment varies by product type (public/private, domestic/overseas) and asset composition.

※ This information is provided for general reference; individual tax matters should be discussed with a tax advisor.
For collective investment vehicles holding overseas assets, distributed income is generally taxed as dividend income. However, internal FX gains and overseas Equities capital gains are taxable, typically resulting in higher tax burden than domestic-only Equities funds. FX gains are not separately exempted from tax.
Private collective vehicles typically restrict redemptions or are closed-end. Even where redemptions are allowed, there may be a delay between request and payout, and early redemption fees may apply. Redemption terms are specified in each product's contract.
